How we work at Trafilex

Once we meet and study the case with the client and decides to work with Trafilex: You will have to sign two documents: the engagement form for the contracting of the service and the naming of lawyers. 4. MEDICAL TREATMENT OF THE CLIENT

The injured person goes to the appropriate clinic (the one closest to his or her home). Treatment begins, whose duration will depend on the severity of the injuries. It is possible that the doctor of the company responsible for the accident may wish to meet with the injured person, in which case this will be done through Trafilex.

Trafilex collects the documentation on which the claim is based: medical reports, bus or taxi tickets, invoices for documents, broken or lost objects in the accident, salary or income for loss of earnings, etc. and the claim is made. IMPORTANT: The company has 3 months from the receipt of the claim to send us an offer or reply.

6. OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT.
